(1) Your site must consist of either comics (Dawn sites given special consideration), fantasy (art, books, or movies), or horror (books or movies).
(2) Must have content, not just a site full of links to other sites.
(3) I tolerate frames, java, and midi, but would prefer the site not to have any of these. Midis must have a location that the music can be turned off. If you have Frames, it would help your chances more to receive this award if you offer a frame free version of your site. Java MUST have a reason to be on your page other than to be cute and have a new way to say hi. If your site crashes my computer, you are automatically disqualified.
(4) Please sign my guestbook so I know you have visited this site and not just collecting awards.
